The claim that ancient Egyptians used alien technology to build the pyramids is not supported by any archaeological, historical, or engineering evidence. Decades of excavation, including the discovery of workers' villages near the Giza plateau, have revealed detailed records of the laborers who built these monuments. Skeletal remains, tools, ramps, and quarry marks all point to a large, organized workforce of skilled Egyptian laborers, not extraterrestrial visitors. Papyrus records, such as the Diary of Merer discovered in 2013, even document the logistics of transporting limestone blocks by boat along the Nile during the reign of Khufu.

Engineering studies have repeatedly demonstrated that the construction techniques required to build the pyramids fall well within the capabilities of Bronze Age civilizations using copper tools, wooden sledges, ramps, levers, and sheer human labor. Experiments replicating ancient methods have successfully moved and placed multi-ton stone blocks using techniques consistent with the era. The mathematical and astronomical knowledge reflected in the pyramids' alignment, while impressive, matches other achievements known from Egyptian scribes and architects of the period.

The alien construction theory largely stems from a modern bias that underestimates the ingenuity of ancient non-European civilizations, along with popular but scientifically baseless books and television programs from the mid-20th century onward. Mainstream Egyptology, supported by archaeology, geology, and history, overwhelmingly attributes the pyramids to the skill, organization, and determination of the ancient Egyptian people themselves.
